📦 The Basic Survival Bag (Blessing Bag)
Providing Capacity starts with the basics. Here is our recommended list for those looking to provide immediate, tangible relief to our neighbors in Putnam County.
Core Essentials:
- Mini First Aid Kit
- Food: Cracker sandwiches, granola bars, tuna/chicken packs, nuts, dried fruit
- Hydration: Water bottles & electrolyte powder packs
- Hygiene: Toothbrush/paste, soap, shampoo, sanitizer, wipes
- Tools & Comfort: Mini flashlight/headlamp, brush, throw blanket
- Extras: Instant coffee packs
Seasonal Add-ons:
Winter: Emergency blankets, hats, gloves, socks, “Hot Hands” warmers.
Summer: Baseball caps, sunscreen, mini fans, disposable ice packs.
